ADMISSION PROCEDURE & POLICIES
ADMISSION
Guardians are asked to fill in the Admission Form with the utmost possible accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted for any reason whatsoever.
Admission to classes I to VIII will be taken against vacancies at the beginnings of the school year, in the month of March.
A candidate who has attended a recognized school cannot be admitted without a Transfer Certificate from the school he/she last attended. Catholic pupils must also produce the Baptism Certificate.
New candidates must be introduced personally by their parents or the one who will be responsible to the Principal for their conduct and fees. They will be tested in the standard, immediately below to which they seek admission.
Students with BPL/SC/ST Certificate directly approach to the Principal for admission.
WITHDRAWAL
Before withdrawing a student from the School a month’s notice is to be given or a month’s fee in lieu of notice. Those who take T.C. after the month of July are required to clear the whole year’s fees.
The leaving Certificate will be given free of charge if taken immediately, otherwise a search fee of Rs.50/- will be charged.
There is no promotion on trial.
Notwithstanding anything in the prospectus, the Principal may, at his absolute discretion, request any parent at any time to take his/her ward out of the school.
