The School fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Pupils are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fees once paid are not refunded.

NACH (National Automatic Clearing House) Auto-Debit system.
It is required Parents / Guardians complete the process of getting their bank account activated for the NACH Auto-Debit system in the beginning of the scholastic year. The NACH Auto-Debit system will be run to collect the fees on days as mentioned in the school calendar / fee book. The school will bear charges only of successful transactions. The charges or penalties for insufficient balance, failed transactions, alteration in the mandate or back accounts, have to borne by the parents / guardians / bank account holders.
2. DBSAPPS-TECHVEIN (Don Bosco School Application)
It is required that Parents / Guardians download the DBS Apps and follow the instructions for the payment of the Fee. The Bank and Transaction charges will be on the parents/Guardians.
Tuition fees are to be paid either monthly or as notified in the School Calendar/fee book. A late fee of Rs.50/- will be charged with respect to the dues. All dues are to be cleared seven days before every terminal examination; otherwise, the ward may not be permitted to appear for the term examinations. Fees of June, December and March months must be paid in advance before the school closes for vacation.

The school reserves the right to increase the fees at any time of the year if an increment is considered necessary. 7% annual increment in the tuition fee or any other is normal as per the directives from the Government.
